As the General contractor, excavation, utilities, all process piping and tank canopy was self performed for the
West Glenwood Sanitation District.  This project was an addition to an existing plant. Therefore, it created the challenge of keeping it open and compliant with the state while being constructed and geographically isolated
by I-70 on the South and the Colorado River on the North.
