The Viceroy Hotel is a part of the Snowmass Base Village development.  Gould Construction, the civil subcontractor to CFC/PCL, is performing all excavation, utilities, site work and general support for other trades.  The project requires the export of approximately 96,000 cubic yards of excavated material.  Due to the limited amount of space and the continuous need to accelerate the project schedule as the building design changes, this project presents a high level of difficulty.
