North Park was constructed in New Castle. Construction of this city park consisted of approximately 40,000 cy
of extraction, topsoil screening and placement, construction of a baseball field and soccer field. Approximately 2500 lf of asphalt path, 5 acres of sod, 150 trees, and a complete irrigation system were constructed.
