Club Commons Phase II is located in the heart of the luxury resort of the Snowmass Club golf course. The purpose of the project was to revamp the existing Snowmass Waste Water Treatment Plant and make room for affordable housing. The renovation included the relocation of the plant's sewage pond where the new affordable housing building site would go. Nearly 4,000 cubic yards of lime had to be imported from Pueblo, CO to help solidify the existing soils so they could be exported. The new construction of the affordable housing is a design build that uses modular construction practices to allow the project to be completed from start to finish in just 6 months. Gould Construction performed all earth and infrastructure work as well as MSE wall construction for this project.
