This project is a mid valley subdivision bordered by the Roaring Fork River with Blue Creek meandering through the middle. Gould constructed the roads, performed over lot grading, installed water, sewer, and shallow utilities. Also included was an underground sewer treatment facility that processes all wastewater for the subdivision.
