The Double Bar X Ranch is an exclusive ranch located just outside of Aspen on the east side of the Maroon Creek Club.  After performing all of the earthwork and utilities installation for the ranch during the development stage, we were asked in return to create a prototype / mock-up on one of the thirteen lots to demonstrate to potential buyers what some of the possibilities could be on their future lot.  The work consisted of two ponds with a waterfall and stream in between, a winding driveway, berm shaping and trees to create a beautiful $500,000 masterpiece.
