Mark Gould has been in general construction since 1972 and started with Gould Construction, Inc. in August 1982, serving as President. He has 29 years of civil construction experience and 24 years as President and CEO
of Gould Construction, Inc. Prior to Gould Construction, he spent five years
in Boulder obtaining his BSCE and MSCE at the University of Colorado in structural and geotechnical engineering respectively.
