Kimberly Ochko - Vice President of Finance

Kimberly graduated in 1992 with a B.A. with an emphasis in Management.  She began her employment with Gould Construction, Inc. in the fall of 2000 in the Accounting Department.  She quickly became
a valuable asset to the Gould Construction team. She currently serves as our Vice President of Finance and oversees all billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, job costing, and financial reporting activities.  She has been a member of CFMA since 2005. 
She is actively involved in training management in all aspects of our accounting software, and is the administrator for our Pilot Program with the Department of Homeland Security.  Kimberly is responsible for all reporting activities for our projects under OCIP agreements, as well as any contracts requiring certified payroll.
