Gould Construction's experienced project personnel and our application of best practices based on real world experiences are just some of the ways we distinguish ourselves. In addition to project management we manage construction, design, scheduling of projects, turnaround and maintenance. The results are better-managed projects, shorter schedules and marked improvement in quality and safety performance.

GCI has a Project Management Department that includes five project managers along with support staff. The Department uses state-of-the-art computer software to manage and track all aspects of construction projects. Expedition, a contract control software package, is used to track all transmittals, submittals, purchase orders, invoices, cost work sheets and other contract components. Primavera Project Planner (P3) is used for scheduling of all design and construction activites. These two software packages interface to provide state-of-the-art contract control and project planning. State-of-the-art computer software called Sitework is used to aid feild personnel construct excavation projects efficiently. Projects are digitized or imported from a CAD file which provides highly accurate, earthwork-calculations that allows quick and effective analysis and estimation.

The management team, lead by Mark Gould has a diverse background with many years of experience working in the local construction industry as well as interacting with many of the local communities.
